the same place!

1)...Go to FILE, and open a new image 300 x 300 transparent background!
2)...Now using your flood tool, and a nice colour, flood fill your image
Go to ADJUST, ADD/REMOVE NOISE, and add some noise at this setting
3)...Go to LAYERS, and add a new Raster Layer, we will be using this for
our image
4)...Open an image of your choice, and then go to EDIT > COPY
5)...now click back on your background and then go to
EDIT>PASTE>PASTE AS NEW SELECTION
6)...leave it selected (marching ants active, whilst we apply drop
shadow), apply the following settings
7)...now DESELCT, CTRL D or (Selections NONE)
8)...Add a new raster layer, going to LAYERS>ADD RASTER LAYER, for
the text
9)...Add the text in YOUR own colour and style and font of your choice
10)...now we are going to add our own made frame around this, go to
IMAGE>ADD BORDERS, choose 10, symmetric :O) colour white, as
we will be flood filling this with our own colour
11)...now we need to make this part active, to do this we click on MAGIC
WAND TOOL, and using these settings...
We click inside that white border
12)...now using the flood tool, and a different colour, one that
compliments your tag, I choose one of my GRADIENT fills, the choice
is yours, flood fill this,
13)...Now we need to add an inner bevel effect, go to EFFECTS>3D
EFFECTS> INNER BEVEL, and use the inner bevel settings for FRAME,
and deselect CTRL D, or SELECTIONS>SELECT NONE
14)...now we need to repeat this by using the border at a bigger number,
may I suggest 20, and then flood fill again with same
colour/gradient
15)...Add your watermark and then save :O)
