lets
begin
firstly
open a new image 400width x 150hight transparent
now
using your Preset Tools, scroll to the Arrow and use these settings
:O)

[
Some versions of PSP don't have this arrow - so you can use this one
HERE ]
and
draw the arrow a good size
now
go to LAYERS>>MERGE>>MERGE VISABLE

add
a new raster layer - this is for your name :O)
using
what colours/style you wish....type your name
place
the name , using your mover tool between the Wooden part of the
arrow, also using your deformation tool, will make sure it fits
right!
when
happy with this go to, LAYERS>>MERGE>>MERGE VISABLE
now,
COPY (CTRL C) the image and paste (CTRL V) it over to Animation Shop
Duplicate
this Image so you have 2images
on
the first image, click it to highlight it...
then
go to EFFECTS>>INSERT IMAGE TRANSITION>>WIPE
using
these settings.............

AND
the customize settings!

Now
CTRL A (select all frames) then go to...Animation - ROTATE
using
these settings......
if
your animation runs alittle faster then you would like, change the
speed by
CTRL
A and then ALT ENTER - place in a higher number say 15 press
OK , then save as....
and
it should look like so....
