You CANNOT create anything from it for Profit - Also you cannot create Outlines/Tubes from the finished results and offer these to anyone, although you may keep the Outlines/Tubes for your own personal use
You can create Tags/Web sets/Stationary from the Tutorial, as long as you keep things FREE.

 

Open PSP & Animation Shop
Open new image 400 W-X-300 H Transparent Background
Click the A-tool and type in your name...making sure that you choose a nice Gradient Fill for your Styles Fill like so..... 

  With the marching ants still around your Sig , CTRL C (copy) the image and then CTRL V (paste)  it over in Animation Shop
Click on EFFECT >>Insert Image Effect >> Rotate Colours
Set at the following Settings :O) -- Choose which direction you want clockwise or anti 

  Now save As...
if unsure with the Optimizer follow these settings...Click File >>Optimizer Wizard

use these settings...then save as...

That's it all done, SAVE AS...
