Reflection Tutorial

I like to work with space....so open a new image 600 X 400 Transparent :O)

for mine I'm using a doll , but you can use any image :O)

the font I used is PENELOPE - but you can use any font

Type your name , allowing it to be large enough for your IMAGE to sit onto...

Copy and paste your IMAGE onto your NAME

Now using your MOVER TOOL , move the Tag towards the top

Now CTRL C - to Copy

then CTRL L to paste it into a new layer :O)

now we need to flip it and shade it...

to do this..

CTRL I - will flip it over

 ( or you can go long way round...IMAGE>>FLIP)

now using your MOVER TOOL again...position it underneath...

using your Selections Tool, go around your upside down image and click in the centre

now flood fill with Black....

 

using your layers palette :O) slide the bar across to...30 , like so

now keeping with that shaded image - go to effects>geometric effects>Skew

and us these settings...

now using your Deformation Tool...just slightly push UP the image

now using the Mover Tool just put back into place :O)

 

go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible

and save as....

if your wanting transparent background...copy and paste it into

Animation Shop and save as a Gif there....it will save transparent there :O)
