For this tutorial you will need the Mura Meister Filter from PSP  Dutch [ Lots of cool Plugin's there]

its a great little filter and I'm sure you will find many more uses :O)

and the rose tube - or a tube of your choice

< if choosing a tube of your choice, the settings may need to be altered slightly>

1)... Open a new image, 400 x 400 transparent background

2)...CTRL D the rose tube, so we are using a duplicate of it, then close the original...then Copy the Rose Tube and paste it in the centre of the new image

CTRL C to copy tube  and CTRL L to paste into centre of  new image

3)...Now go to effects >> plugins>>mura meister>>copies

and use the following settings -
tip just altering the circle and the encircle should give you the same settings on the side....:O)

5)...Layers> Merge> Merge Visible , then rename that layer rose1

6)... go to the layers palette and duplicate that layer, and name it Rose2

7)... bit tricky this part.. , on the Rose2 Layer we need to flip it straight over..

Go to Image>Flip  ( or CTRL I )

and also CTRL M - mirror the image

8)...Now using the eraser tool...set at size 50,square

Opacity, Hardness,& Density 100, step 25

CAREFULLY, erase the stray rose so your image looks like so....

9)...Now we need to add a smaller ROSE TUBE into the centre of this

using your rose tube, go to IMAGE>resize>75%

10)... Now copy and paste this resized rose into a new layer on your tag

CTRL C rose ... CTRL L on the tag

11)...Now add a new raster layer and call it background

12)...Now using a colour from your rose/tube flood fill your background

I used #F8DED6 PINK , and I added 10% uniform noise too (optional)

13)..Now we need to drag this layer to the bottom of our palette

Go to Layers>Arrange>send to bottom

14)...Now we are going to add our frame/well build our frame LOL

go to Image>Add Borders>Symmetric Size 10

15)...Now using the Magic Wand tool, click the border, and flood fill with the DARKER colour from your Tube/rose, I used #8E977B - SAGE GREEN

16)...leave selected and APPLY a Inner Bevel Setting, like below

17)...Now add another Border, this time changing the size to 25 Symmetric

18)...Again using your Magic Wand Tool, select the border and Flood Fill with the background colour you used, I used #F8DED6 PINK

19)...Whist selected add the inner bevel setting again :O)

20)...Now we need to add one more border , this time altering the setting back to size 10 Symmetric

21)...once again we need to flood fill this with our DARKER colour from your rose/tube... I used #8E977B - SAGE GREEN

22)...Whilst its still selected add the Inner Bevel Setting again...

23)...At this point you can save it........or add a new raster layer and call it NAME

24)...I used the FONT Broadway, size 72 stroke/fill WHITE

25)...Keeping it selected, I then added some Noise 50 % uniform

26)...Using my Re-Touch Tool and these settings ,

and the DARKER colour, from my ROSE - #8E977B - SAGE GREEN , I then altered the colour to my style :O)

27)...Keeping it selected, I then added these inner bevel settings to my font

and also some drop shadow on these settings :O)

28)...WOW, were nearly finished honest....Layers>Merge>Merge Visible

29)...I then resized my, optional though...I went to Image>resize>300x300 pixel size

30)...then SAVE.......... coz your all done....
