1)
make a new image 200X200 transparent background 2)
choose a Flood pattered fill background... by...clicking
Flood fill (the paint can) and clicking on ... and
choosing one 3)
select a new layer and insert yourself a piccy , make
sure you cut the image down to fit the frame (200X200 or less) 4)
Click IMAGE>> Add borders >> set everything for 20 5)
Click your Magic Wand .>> then click the border you just made 6)
Click background and choose a colour and then Flood fill the border 7)
Click EFFECTS>>3D EFFECTS >>Inner bevel and use these
settings :O)

CTRL D on your image - this will de-select the marching ants 9)
create new layer (this is for adding your name too) 10)
Add your name in nice font and colour... then go to Layers
>>Merge >>Merge Visible 11)
Copy and Paste the animation over to Animation Shop (CTRL C -
*in animations shop CTRL V) 12)
Right Click on the animation and then Duplicate it :O) 13)
Click on Frame 1 , to activate this... 14)
Go to Effects>>Insert Image Transition And use these
settings...
Also
make sure you click on Customize and use the Zoom Out Setting like
so...
