* Birthday Plaque *

Firstly before I begin this tutorial

I would like to thank Lin_uk  for the main idea of a birthday plaque/banner

Please feel free to link to this tutorial, and/or print it out for your own personal use,
 but do not copy it in any way to put on-line, pass out, or re-write without my permission.
 Any resemblance to any other tutorial like this is purely coincidental.

Ok lets begin :O)

Use something original from yourself :O)

1. Open P-S-P and A-S  always a good place to begin LOL
2. Depending on how much information you would like on the Animation , you will need either 350 width X 200 NEW IMAGE or 200 X 200 - I'm working with 350 :O) TRANSPARENT!
3. Colours are a personal preference, coz boys wont be wanting PINK :O) - for your background style choose your colours - mine will be black! & green for the border - click on little arrow and then the paint brush and change your colours
4. Click on Flood Fill and place colour there!
5. Click on Image - then Add Borders -using the following settings

7. Click on Effects - 3D.Effects - Buttonize - using the following settings

8. Now go into A-S and open your picture/s for use making sure they are also TRANSPARENT - if they aint then - Click on the Animation Setting - then Replace Colour - click on the background of the pic and then Click OK
9. Copy and Paste the Images to P-S-P
10. IMPORTANT NOW - think what it is - you would like on your PLAQUE - text that is :O) - because you will need space for the text aswell as your Piccy
11. Click on YOUR first pic or only pic your adding and then press CTRL and C then click on your PLAQUE and then press CTRL and L - this will paste the pic to your PLAQUE hopefully :O) - use your mouse to place the pic where you would like it - mine will be on the left , allowing me room for text!
12. Now click on the Black A ( for text) - choose a pretty font - I'm using FIOLEX GIRLS - size36- change colours that u would like your writing in - then type your message and keep it as a vector this time - so it can be moved/enlarged/tilted
13. Use the Vectors to make the position of text correct and the size too :O)
14. Click Black A (for text) again for next line and so on till you have written all you wish :O) - either save as a single frame or carry on for it to be ANIMATED :O)
15. Click on the IMAGE - then EDIT - then COPY as MERGED Go to A-S , and then paste it there - click onto EDIT in A-S and DUPLICATE SELECTED - and again so u have 3 IMAGES:O)
16. Open up your Sparkles and resize them too 30 width ( we are going to have 3 sizes worth of sparkles so be sparingly with them !)
17. Click on the resized sparkle and copy - then click into FRAME1 -and scatter/or place them hehe at random - move then onto FRAME 2 -then FRAME3
18. Click back onto the sparkle and resize to 20 and copy and paste and place at random into selected  FRAMES 1/2/3
19. Click for the last time on the SPARKLE and resize to 15 and copy and paste and place at random into selected FRAMES 1/2/3 *ALONG THE TEXT*
20. * Little TIP * play the animation regular to make sure your getting the star/twinkles in the right places
21. When happy with the ANIMATION :O) its time to save - firstly b4 we do lets slow the animation down alittle- Click on each frame in turn and then press ALT and ENTER and then put in 15or20 speed - click ok and move to next frame - when all are done - then save the whole animation
22. Click HERE for optimizer settings :O)
