Making a Background Using Mura's Seamless Shift at Random
*Using the filter Mura's Seamless*

*  THE SETTINGS MAY NEED TO BE TWEAKED TO SUIT YOURSELF *

* Lets Begin *

Open a new image transparent layer

* Until told to deselect please don't *

and using your preset shapes draw a circle (flood fill if needed) - you can use other shapes

Now I am going for a sky effect so I will be using Blue - like so

Click on your magic wand and select your shape

Using the Air Brush at the following settings create a similar effect

* You may find if your using a smaller area that you will need to reduce the SIZE of the spray on the Air Brush to suit *

Add yourself a BLUR effect like so using the Gaussian Blur

*  Now DESELECT *

Go to EFFECTS > PLUG IN FILTERS > MURA'S SEAMLESS > SHIFT AT RANDOM setting

and use the setting as so

You will see a moveable SHIFT arrow move this to suit yourself

You will notice I only set mine to 30 but then I repeated the use of the filter giving me effect I wanted

Of course you can use this for any kind of background to suit yourself

* Hope this helped you create the filtered background *
